Live Linear

CCR Media can provide broadcast feeds in 23+ countries, including all 210 Markets in the US. We can provide this content at the edge by acquiring it through various technologies depending on the content source. We can acquire content via mediums such as OTA, satellite transmission, direct fiber transmission, cable distribution, and IPTV.

Events as a Service

CCRM can provide specific live broadcast content like sporting events, awards shows, concerts, and news content.

OTT (Over The Top)

CCRM can provide content from various streaming platforms.

SVOD | stands for “subscription video on demand” and refers to a business model where viewers pay a subscription fee to access a streaming service’s library of content without ads.

TVOD | stands for “transactional video on demand” and refers to a business model where viewers pay for individual pieces of content, such as movies or TV show episodes, on a one-time basis.

AVOD | stands for “ad-supported video on demand” and refers to a business model where viewers can access video content for free but must watch advertisements during the programming.

FAST (Free Ad-Support Television)

This CCRM service offers free, ad-supported access to linear content.  Unlike traditional TV channels, FAST channels are delivered over the internet, typically through streaming apps that can be accessed on a range of devices, including smart TVs, smartphones, and streaming media players.

SNS Messaging

CCR Media has built out a platform to facilitate SNS notifications to our clients, upon request. SNS allows developers to send messages to a wide range of recipients, including email addresses, mobile devices, and other services or applications. These messages can be delivered in a variety of formats, such as SMS text messages, email messages, or push notifications. SNS also offers features such as message filtering, message encryption, and support for topic-based messaging.

Application Program Intergration

CCR Media can provide API (Application Programming Interface) access that allows for pulling data such as channel lineup/location information to troubleshooting statistics and current up/down statistics of nodes in your unique environment.

QOS/QOE and Broadcast Monitoring

Our QOS/QOE and Broadcast Monitoring solution allows our partners to monitor media content as it is being broadcast to ensure that it is being transmitted accurately and in compliance with industry regulations. Currently, we are able to monitor signal information, stream QOS/QOE metrics, codec and broadcast standards compliance, and metadata being supplied.

Hosted Fingerprinting

CCRM is developing and building out our capability to provide fingerprints of content, typically used for ACR (Automatic Content Recognition), on our live broadcast footprint as well as our OTT solutions. Due to our sensitivity to delay, we are able to provide these with very low latency, typically ahead of the broadcast delivery to the consumer.

Channel Recovery

CCR Media can capture content at the edge for processing during network outages at the location for recovery after the outage event preserving the need for continuity of data required by certain client use cases.

Customized Transcoding

The CCRM team can process digital media from one format to another based on client requirements. We can adjust the parameters of the original content including (but not limited to) codecs, bitrate, frames per second, and resolution.  The original stream metadata is preserved including PSIP information and we have the capability to insert custom metadata if needed.  This is accomplished at the lowest latency possible using hardware acceleration and our own custom transcoding platform.

Software Management

CCR Media can support current software and deployment requirements on client request. We have assisted in multiple deployments, firewall management, software monitoring, and other aspects of software management.

Data Storage

CCRM has assisted clients with developing data storage requirements such as MinIO clusters to streamline storage and upload of analytics data.

Redundancy/Failover

CCR Media has redundant channel connections from an alternate source if the primary feed goes down. The primary use case for this is when an OTA feed is unable due to unforeseen circumstances. In this scenario, we can failover to several channel backups.

24/7/365 NOC

CCRM has a NOC that is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, even on holidays. Each staff member is trained to include their Network+ and beyond, along with training on our product and client support.

Channel Uptime

CCRM monitors channel uptime for reporting and SLA. Our product supports up to 99% SLA (Service Level Agreement) and more depending on your use case and needs as a client.

Support Portal

With CCRM’s support portal, our clients can view, in real-time, issues as they occur and as they are resolved. Detailed information regarding the content is available at the click of a button.

Proactive Monitoring and Analysis

CCRM is dedicated to the quality of all content. We proactively monitor and deploy countermeasures to anything that can degrade the content. With decades of experience to draw from, the CCRM team can carry out actions to restore service, many times before our clients are able to notify us.
